Dealing with people.

I have made a mistake in my dealing with people. I don't want my thinking when around people to focus on them. I want my thinking to be about exploring a subject with proper emphathy and respect for both parties. I want my business relationships to be about negotiating an agreement. I want the exploration, or negotiation to be based on channels of understanding, fairness, finding common ground and reaching a mutually beneficial solution. I intend to feel the warmth and respect of people by dealing, communicating, or exploring with them. I want to feel that there's proper and genuine appreciation or recognition for my remarkable work. I want to feel my true self when dealing, exploring or communicating with people. I want to seriously work with people who I can trust. I want to trust people enough to share with them wonderful ideas, working relationship, passionate service and memorable business and life experience.
